Dazed Dior: Spring 2015
Courtesy of fashion's favorite non-commercial publication, Dazed and Confused has taken Dior’s Spring Couture collection to the docklands of London, re creating Raf Simons' futuristic fairytale into a youthful, rebellious narrative. The shoot merged the “romance of the 50’s with the revolutionary vibes of the 60’s and 70’s, paying homage to David Bowie through the twisted printed jumpsuits and glittering glam rock”. “Now as artistic director of Dior, he’s brought a much needed jolt of visceral energy and experimental edge to one of the grandest names in the fashion firmament.” Framed with not your average Dior models, photographer Robi Rodriguez captured the essence of the glam rock coolness through the Spring Summer 15 spread. Celebrating Simons' experimentations under his realm at Dior, here’s a pictorial guide of the photo shoot from the latest Dazed and Confused issue.
