Korea has become one of the most emerging hubs of 21st century fashion, and now London based, Seoul- born designer, Rejina Pyo has reiterated it's relevance through her contemporary brand. Relaxed proportions in an understated manner, Pyo captures modern day elegance in her Autumn Winter 2016 campaign. Raw wooden sculptures and the obligatory plant, the visuals capture the clean cut abstraction of the designers covert feminine forms. Generating a mixture of editorial clothing vs realistic clothing, the Central Saint Martin's graduate merges the both to form a generous amount of structure and sophistication. Controlling the colour palette with the basic hues of black, white, metallics with an appearance of blue and orange, the collection has modernist impulses through her use of circular silver rings, oversized pockets and asymmetrical heels.
