Tapping into the social movement of feminism and independence, Australian label Local Girl Gang has dropped it's Resort 2017 collection. Entitled 'Abandoned' the line focuses on the human culture and it's need to love, grow and unify with one another "We want everyone to feel loved and to be apart of a something they can relate to. Everyone must love themselves to grow and develop as a human." The tee based brand unsubscribes itself from society with it's rewritten 'idealisms' of the modern woman.
A collection connected by the dynamism and freedom of the 21st century, Local Girl Gang continued it's signature graphics on their shirts, however, introducing new slogans such as 'Serial Killer Lover' alongside illustrations of the female form. Shot through the lens of Kingsley Mclean and modelled by Rachael Langham, the Resort 2017 collection is now available online.
